Terms & Conditions

Bookings

When booking your taxi, you must allow sufficient time for you to arrive at your destination and within a time frame to meet the appointment required. We are not held responsible for any delays caused by traffic conditions. We are not responsible for any delay or inconvenience caused to you by a failure to allow a large enough arrival timeframe.

 

A suitable car size for the quantity of passengers must be ordered at the time of booking. We are not responsible for the re-negotiation of a different vehicle post booking. Please note that a child, regardless of age still counts as a single passenger.

 

Any form of disability access or special requirements must be stated either online or during the phone booking process, failure to do so will not guarantee a specific vehicle if notice isn’t provided.

Prices & Payment

A full price breakdown is issued via email when booked through our advanced based booking online system. We retain the right to amend a quotation if items such as the number of passengers, type of service or accessibility options are altered.

 

Upon booking, you will receive confirmation by email or text. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and that all information is correct, you must inform us of any issues or errors ASAP. We hold no responsibility for any delays caused or any additional costs added due to mistakes in information supplied.

 

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cash on arrival of a standard booking service

Service

The booker is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers within the vehicle during the journey. A £100 charge is used to cover cleaning costs in the event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.

 

Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the cars is not permitted.

 

All children travelling should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. Suitable child seats should wherever possible be supplied and fitted by the child’s parents / guardians. Such seats may be retained by the driver for use on the return journey.

 

We will adhere to all maximum insurance and legal limits in transportation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If a booking is cancelled after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge may be incurred; this will be based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has travelled/spent prior to the point of cancellation.  

Liability

We will operate at the highest performance to get you to your destination on time, there is no liability for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond the driver's control. 

 

All luggage is carried entirely at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any booking with immediate effect if a driver or vehicle is subject to the risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or by any passenger. All passengers must vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through booking.
